I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price I paid.
Pros: A crib was available to use at no extra charge.
Cons: The hotel seemed a little bland.
It was a nice hotel for what it was. When we pulled up one of the lady at the desk was out in front in plain sight smoking. I did not like that, the entrance them smelled like smoke. I have allergies to smoke.
Pros: The rooms were nice.
Cons: The hallways and elevator seemed small.
Pros: Nice big room and very quiet
Cons: down below is showing Spokane Valley, DC. It is Spokane Valley, WA 99215. Please correct.
Fun times with family!
Pros: Great scrambled eggs. No bacon; otherwise, good! Nice pool facility, except needs a rinse off area and restroom. Bathrooms in rooms need some attention though. Our family had a really nice time hear and loved the Texas Roadhouse nearby.
Will stay there again for...
Pros: Great location once you find the right way to get back to it. Staff great, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. Great price for our stay as well.
Cons: Hard to find the entrance....we checked in late and ended up with the short straw... room next to stairwell with a baseball team in town. Not recommended... but not hotels fault.
Good for an overnight stay
Pros: Front desk staff were really accommodating. Given that there were 3 girls softball teams staying at the hotel they tried to give us a room that was quieter.
Within walking distance of a number of moderate priced restaurants (Texas Barbecue, Red Robin, etc)
Cons: During our stay there were 3 girls softball teams staying at the hotel. The breakfast areas (seating & serving) did not have the staff or the seating capacity for this volume during the peak breakfast times (7-8:30). No seating available, garbage overflowing, food and coffee shortages, power in the area going out, etc. The one staff member tried really hard to keep up and I felt sorry for her situation. This was the one negative in our stay.
Comfy in Kennewick
Pros: Breakfast was very nice and had a big variety of foods
Cons: The wind
Pros: Friendly staff
I was hoping for a...
Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: Only one tiny sink in bathroom. Exercise room across my room. Scrambled eggs cut up into squares. Vacuuming the hallways on Saturdays instead of Mo. - Fri. when business people are out. Nobody at reception, one needs to call via the phone at the reception area. Noisy neighbors, probably drunk - arriving around midnight, showering a little after 5 a.m. It is not the fault of the hotel, but I asked for a quiet room and that is what I ended up with. Expedia charged $10 less for a room than this site.
Pros: Everything, I really like that check out was not until 12 and they are very flexible if you need to check out later.
Cons: The other guests were rather noisey
Nice place to stay
Pros: The room had a nice presentation when I opened the door. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Nothing. It was just fine.
Cons: Did not service room second day until I complained well after maids left for the day. Finally got it done but way late.
was a good stay.
Pros: The staff was all very friendly, room was a nice size bed was comfortable, and fresh everything was pretty nice. We had a very comfortable stay, I'd go back again.
Cons: The food was good except the bread portion got a little hard not to bad.. Just was out for a little bit longer then wanted. And the eggs were well... Eggs. Only thing I'd say is to get down there at 6am for fresher begals/toast/ ect... But still a good breakfast considering it's FREE!!
