Pros: What I did like about this hotel was the breakfast, even though we got ignored about refilling the pancake mix overall it was good.
Cons: I did NOT like that fat the door in the bathroom did not lock and that it was a sliding door, and that the bathroom also did not have no fan. I traveled with 9 year old twin BOYS we needed a fan in the bathroom. Also, there were not enough towels in the room and when i asked for more they never showed up, the same with the pool towels. Other than that it was a good stay. The lady in the front could show a little more intrest in "Comforting" the needs of the guest. THE BED WAS SUPER COMFY!!

Pros: Room itself and amenities were excellent, staff helpful and cheery. Breakfast was the usual fare, but fresh and appealing. Great location, very convenient to freeways.
Cons: The apple and orange juice were horrible. Tastes like some strange chemical. That needs correcting.
Also, the laundry room offers no detergent, necessitating a trip to the store to do laundry. Not convenient.

Cons: There was a lot of renovations that where going on throughout my stay which where not disclosed prior to or when booking through your site or with the hotel? I totally would have chosen a different hotel. Unfriendly staff(rude comment made about conditioner) very stingy with toiletries forgotten, in this case conditioner. They did not have any extra towels when asked as well. No coffee, even during there signature 530pm cookies. Worst comfort inn stay this far. . .

Pros: The staff were very friendly and extra helpful and accommodating with a couple of small issues I had while staying there. I stayed there based on the other ratings and I was MORE satisfied with the cleanliness than I thought I would be! The location is in an industrial/business park, on a corner with three other hotels on opposite corners. Freeway access was easy in two directions, cheap gas down the street for rental car return and about 20 minutes to the airport in non-peak times. Overall it was an easy, clean and convenient place to stay and I saw other business traveler/salespeople types there. I was more satisfied than I thought I would be when I first drove up to it.
Cons: There WAS remodeling going on while I was there but I was never disturbed at all by any noise. Workmen were plastering and re-surfacing all the walls in my hall and I never heard them in the early AM.

Cons: I work from my room in the mornings, and put the do not disturb notice on my door until around 10:00 am. I remove the notice and leave at that time. I don't return to the room until after 4:30pm and the housekeeping staff does not tidy up the room. Most hotels I stay at the staff will double back and check before they leave the floor or at the very least, if they cannot come in because of DND notice, they leave a note stating they honored my wishes and to call if I need anything. When you stay 2-3 days it makes it tough. I've even checked with the front desk on my way out to make sure. Normally I would call this s fluke, but I have stayed here more than once and it happens every time. Not very efficient or convenient. Also, they are in the middle of construction and large trucks and construction equipment dominate the parking lot.
