Ten diners at most straddle stools at the tiny converted lunch counter and watch the two or three chefs perform the art of quickly cooking simple, traditional dishes in a tiny space. Most regulars, of which there are many, just phone ahead and grab the food to go. Offering traditional dishes made with curries, noodles, fried rice and veggies where you choose the level of heat with which you are most comfortable.
