Cons: Refrigerator: 1 Not cold - needed for medicine 2 Noisy 3 Maintenance fixed next morning "only" after a call again to front desk 4. Fixed it but left it insecure -wobbly & unbalanced Bar across street: 1 Too loud 2 Desk said closes 2AM

Pros: A beautiful hotel near the marina with wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the rooms were magnificent.
Cons: You could purchase breakfast for $10 per person and I obviously would have liked it for free :-)

Pros: Location - perfect location in Olympia for the market, Harbor Days and nice waterfront walks. Kids loved the Hands on Children's Museum

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the pool/spa is open 24 hrs. I was very impressed with the desk/sofa area in the room.
Cons: Parking lot is small and street parking fills up fast. Also cars were blocking the covered driveway. My room fridge froze all my food. There was no dial to reduce the cold. Restaurant was disappointing.

Pros: Great hotel. Great price. Amenities galore. There are other 3 star hotels that don't even come close to this one. It's my favorite local hotel.
Cons: Some of the decor isn't very stylish (like the brown textured round mirrors that look like poop donuts), but that's just because I'm a snob when it comes to decorating.

Pros: Our room was gorgeous, the pool was open 24 hours, and the hotel was within walking distance of the waterfront, shops and restaurants.
Cons: There was some major confusion during check in when we were almost denied check-in. To this day I still don't understand why we were given the runaround. Also the hotel advertises free breakfast and free wifi- yet offers neither.

Pros: Wonderful hotel in downtown, a couple blocks off of main thoroughfare which makes this location perfect for convenience and quiet.
Cons: Parking is pretty tight and limited. If this was an airport property I would understand, but as most drive to this location I feel a bit more parking is appropriate.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and the facilities were clean, up to date and well-maintained. The location allows convenient access to the Dash, a free bus which runs every 15 minutes to the state capitol campus.
Cons: A garbage pickup around 6am literally made me jump out of bed! The loud banging woke me from a deep sleep and truck headlights on the black out curtains ended any further rest. Also business center computers prevented access to password protected webmail.

Pros: The breakfast buffet was better than most hotels. The staff was friendly; however, none of the front desk clerks in the morning knew where a Catholic church was or even the street it was on when I asked. Bed was comfortable. We stayed on St. Patrick's day weekend, and it never occurred to us that there would be celebrations in the downtown area, so we couldn't sleep that night with boom boom boom of drums from bands playing in the area. Close to everything, and we would stay there again, but not on a weekend.

For once the room was...
