Pros: Your staff is the BEST. Every single person at the front desk was warm, welcoming and helpful. I returned sick one morning and the gentleman at the desk suggested Chamomille tea and it worked like a charm. I know that sounds pretty basic but it was over the top at the moment. I no longer recall their names but EVERY front desk person that worked during the duration of our stay was phenomenal. Additionally, the chef/cook was able to quickly address the ingredients of something that I ate for breakfast and identify what I had reacted to. Everyone was very very helpful and cheerful ALL the time.
Cons: I recommend having a list of ingredients for breakfast items to avoid allergies. The eggs are prepared with ingredients beyond "eggs".
Very quiet and great beds.
Pros: Very adequate breakfast. They had a "no pets" room available - yay!
Cons: Although a new hotel, bathroom faucet leaked from the base...however, the staff was aware of a structural issue on most of the faucets which they were having to work with their contractor. The hotel only had 1woman to staff the Sunday buffet. Bless her heart, she was working hard, but a challenge to keep up with cooking and filling conainers.
