Commanding Officer's Quarters is in Fort Worden State Park at 1 Pershing Ave. Built in 1904 in the Georgian style, this nearly 5,000-square-foot house features a slate roof and decorated boxed cornices. It has been restored and contains period late Victorian and Edwardian furnishings, providing a glimpse into the lives of a U.S. Army colonel and his family in the first decade of the 20th century. Guided tours are available by appointment. Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
$6; $5 (ages 65+); $3 (active military); $1 (ages 3-12).
Hours: Daily noon-5, May-Sept.; Sat.-Sun. noon-5, Mar.-Apr. and Oct.-Nov. Closed Jan. 1, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
