Columbia River Journeys tours depart from the dock in Howard Amon Park near Lee Blvd. and Amon Park Dr. and from the dock at 660 Columbia Point Dr. This company offers narrated jet boat tours of Hanford Reach National Monument, which preserves the last free-flowing section of the Columbia River. Home to abundant wildlife, the reach is characterized by scenic river bluffs surrounded by prairie. During the excursion, passengers may see coyotes, mule deer, white pelicans and more. Other tours are available. Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 4 hours, 30 minutes minimum.
Fare $90; $75 (ages 4-11). Reservations are required.
