Pros: The staff
Cons: Room was musty smelling. AC/heat would heat only. TV service shut off @1 BATHROOM was as small as Harry Potters understaIR bedroom with no fan whatsoever. Beaverton Courtyard Marriott at only 3 stars was WAYYYY nicer than this supposed 3.5 star hotel.

Wonderful

Pros: The location of the hotel absolutely comes first. It's right in the middle of the University District with walking distances to many awesome restaurants. The front desk and cleaning service staff are both professional and amiable, making me feel at home.
Cons: I didn't realize that there is no breakfast included in my reservation package until I checked in at the front desk. However, the surrounding makes up for this little flaw, there'are a lot of great places nearby for me to get a hot and delicious breakfast.

Very Poor
07-21-2017
Pros: Close to the university, there are often cabs outside
Cons: Bed was terrible, mattress was really old with no springs left. Room was very tiny, no basic amenities in the room such as fridge, coffee, etc. there were hidden fees they didn't tell me about until I checked out (they called it facility fee for $15)

Very Good

Pros: We were upgraded to a larger room with a lovely view. Staff always helpful. The room is spare but comfortable.
Cons: Dislike the $16.50 hotel charge. Just put it in the rate rather than trying to sneak it in.
