Pros: I loved the historic lobby area lounge, and the overall feel of the place. The staff was excellent every day of the week, and the location was perfect for attending a conference at the Convention Center. Could have stayed a few more days!
Cons: Truly, nothing was lacking. Suited my budget and purpose very well, and was a delightful place to stay.

Pros: We appreciated our spacious corner room with two windows and only one neighbor. The heater was very effective in keeping the room warm without making the air dry. We found the bed and room very comfortable--we slept well. The daily newspaper was a nice touch, and we made good use of the refrigerator and coffee maker. We liked that there were dispensers in the bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, cutting down on waste. And, finally a hotel that has plenty of hangers! The staff was friendly. The location is perfect for public transportation anywhere and a short walk to Pike Place, SAM, Benaroya Hall, the Convention Center, Nordstrom, etc. It's as close as you can get to the downtown end of the Monorail!

Pros: The only thing I liked was that it was close to the convention center.
Cons: For a king bed room it was a water closet...for the money no breakfast...Starbucks Coffee is disgusting...the staff was snotty and completely unhelpful when I simply needed to know if I left a very important item in my room. I have never stayed in a room with out microwave, that was seriously depressing and inconvienent. I will never suggest this hotel nor will I ever stay here again.

Pros: Location and made to feel very welcome
Cons: An extra small shelf in the bathroom to the right of the sink would be handy. Would fit easily behind door when open.
