Pros: Melodee was gracious and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Room was bright and cheerful and bed was very comfortable.
Pros: Excellent breakfast with fresh fruits, homemade breads and scones, hot coffee, Bob's Red Mill oatmeal, and more. Very friendly hosts, excellent location.
Cons: No AC in bedrooms, but there were 2 fans. August temps were in 90's, but cooled off at night. The first floor had AC.

Cons: Room is not spacious, good for only couples. A little crowded with kid. One room's bath room is outside the room. No elevator.

Pros: Area was great for morning walk. Bath was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and roomy for sharing with adult daughter. Loved the cookies and treats upstairs. Very homey
Cons: Breakfast did not tempt us to go off our diets. Oatmeal was dry.
Pros: The house and our room; location across from Volunteer Park, the friendly owner; the breakfast served
Cons: It was perfect for us.

Pros: Hospitality of the hosts was excellent and you cannot beat the location if you want a mix of parks and access to downtown Seattle.
Pros: Warm hospitality in a period Victorian house in an excellent location.
Pros: Melody and her family were very welcoming. I was visiting my son and he was invited to come for breakfast too. The little refrigerator upstairs was stocked with cold bottled water and homemade cookies were available.
Cons: When I returned to my room around 8 p.m.my room was quite warm and the Windows wouldn't open. No one was around to ask for assistance. So I had to sleep in a warm stuffy room. The next day Melode came up and was able to open one window in my room with difficulty, but it did help. They have central air but it wasn't turned on yet as only my room, the green room had a southern exposure, the rest of the house was a comfortable temp.
Pros: I could spend nice time. I can move from downtown easily by the Metro bus No.10. It's near the graveyard where famous Hong Kong actor, Bruce Lee is sleeping. There are restaurants and shops in several minutes on foot. A park is close and there is a lot of nature, so walk can also be enjoyed. A fireplace of a gas way and a carpet are nice, and it's possible to spend very graceful time. I'd like to use this perfect B&Bit with my family next time!
