AAA Inspector Notes
At this restaurant, it's all about beef. So if you're not looking for a steakhouse, try somewhere else. Serious carnivores will salivate at the sight of the house dry-aged beef hanging behind glass in the dining room. You may hear an audible gasp as first-time diners discover that 20 different steak cuts may be available on any given evening. The waitstaff is excellent at assisting with your steak selection. Starters like the veal sweetbreads, steak tartare, beef liver pâté and carpaccio can be tempting, but don't forget that a 12-oz. top sirloin steak may be coming your way. If you happen to find yourself hungry after the steak, a plate of beignets just might fill the void. Regulars know that you can request a juicy, gourmet all-beef burger, even though it's not on the menu.
