The "Chef in the Hat" known for his now-closed restaurant Rovers is back with a newly created space that exudes casual elegance. The high-energy setting includes an open kitchen and bustling bar. The cuisine is best described as modern French, with a strong focus on Northwest ingredients and less of the heavy sauces one might expect. Each course is artfully plated and tastes even better than it looks. Brunch is served on the weekends.
