The dining room accommodates a limited amount of diners, so reservations are suggested. A table near the window affords a view of the water and bustling Pike Place Market below. Those who choose a stool at the counter are entertained by watching the chef create their meal. Only the freshest ingredients go into the preparations. A wonderful complement to any food choice is a glass of wine from the extensive list. Offering a great selection of salads and small plates, the foie gras and beet salad are calling. While the seared scallops and Arctic char look great, I'll wait to hear what the market fish of the day is before deciding on my entrée. Dessert may be the pear tart or miso caramel brownie.
