Pros: They made her 16th birthday an event she will always remember. From the room special sparkling cider and free movie credit to the amazing staff and food. Not to mention the sweet almond cake to top it all off.
Cons: Nothing to not like.

Pros: Amazing facilities wonderful location, front desk, valet, spa, IRD all top notch and above accommodating. Food and location is superb a delight each time I go back.
Cons: SUSAN the operator was horrible. She was aggressive and not helpful. She replied as "what can I help you with" eye roll and had zero personality. I asked for IRD and the front desk on both times and she replied "well what do you want"? Ah to order room service, ok I'll connect you.... WHERES THE MY PLEASURE OR HAPPY TO ASSIST? I called 3 times and every time was forced to talk to her. The thought of going back and having to deal with her just makes me upset. I love your facility and your team is amazing spa restaurant front desk valet all top notch and then you have a angry negative attitude as the first line of communication just get rid of her. I e worried in hospitality for years, I know my review isnt the first negitive one about SUSAN. I hope you address this extreme lapse in service and hospitality and I'll come back every year forever!

Pros: Food (breakfast) was excellent!
Cons: Rooms are tired and not especially comfortable for a couple. Only 1 comfortable chair. Desk personnel not friendly or highly competent. This place, with its expensive room rate, relies on its location, not its accommodations!
