Historic. While it's renowned for succulent prime rib, this classic restaurant is also home to the original crab Louis salad, which was named for the original hotel owner, Louis Davenport. The ingredients are bib lettuce, Dungeness crab claw meat, tomato, and of course, tasty genuine dressing. The service is impeccable, as would be expected in this luxurious location.
