Suquamish Museum, 6861 N.E. South St., depicts the history and culture of the Suquamish tribe through photographs, manuscripts and interactive exhibits in a modern building. Particularly fascinating are the audio and visual elements, which integrate Lushootseed, the language of the Suquamish and other Coast Salish tribes. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
$5; $3 (ages 5-17 and 55+); $15 (family).
Hours: Daily 10-5. Closed Jan. 1, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
