Pros: I loved the valet option. I'm not from that area and I had no clue where I could park my car.
Cons: Two things...
1. The pillows on the bed are firm and that gave me a head ache, so if you're like me and like soft pillows, request them or bring your own.
2. The bar closed at 10pm... Who does that? We were looking forward to winding down and having a few cocktails at the bar in our hotel but the bar was closed. That was a huge disapointment.

Pros: The hotel was perfect. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs.
Cons: Our room looked as though it was too small for the king bed. The headboard wall had been extended to accommodate this.Parking was over and above the cost of the room.

Pros: Room, staff friendly. This was a busy weekend due to graduationceremonies and the dance competition across the street. So the hotel dida good job of being there.
Cons: Was very disappointed that there was not any self parking close to thehotel. We were a group of two women who did not feel safe walking downthe street to what was considered self parking...yet you still wouldhave to pay for it. Valet was $14.00 a day thus we were unable to leavea tip for the gentleman bringing up the cars. The parking in theconvention center area was $10.00 a day and self parking was really$6.00 a day after a free three hours. I have never been in a hotel inthe us that did not have free self parking. That's the premise ofself-parking. I park it and do not pay for it. Very upset. The men whowork for Valet Parking are cheated out of their daily pay from visitorsto your hotel. Not much incentive to keep that job! The towels were veryscratchy, also. Just saying as you are just asking.

Pros: Easy access to Tacoma dome for concert we were attending! Front desk and cashier at bistro were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous!
Cons: Valet took over an hour to retrieve our vehicle despite texting in ahead of time and bringing ticket directly to valet after waiting the thirty minutes they said it would originally take.

Pros: Clean and very attractive. Excellant staff. Very nice room and loved the view. The trolly would be nice to visit attractions (we were there when weather was very cold). Happy for free wifi.
Cons: No changing room when going to the pool and view of street was not good. Need larger drinking glasses in room. Coffee was not very good brand. No breakfast offer. Even to offer a muffin would have been ok.
