In addition to hosting breakfast and evening snacks, the lobby's great room is an excellent place to get out of your hotel room and relax, meet friends or catch up on some work. With all the accommodations being suites, these rooms are ideally suited for families and longer-term stays, but be aware that due to its close proximity to some athletic fields, the place can be swarming with kids and teams on the weekends.

Pros: Location and the breakfast
Cons: They so badly messed up our rooms. Special calls ahead of time stating mobility issues and 2nd floor rooms not working unless we had an elevator for access. (We knew some rooms 2nd floor were stairs only) Manager promised our needs would not be a problem and said she was making notes on our accounts so our rooms were pre secured. None of it happened, we had to struggle to get our baggage up steps and then transverse the stairs many times. Much pain in backs and legs were treated with pain medications. Pain meds make people drousie and the weekend less active and fun.
Pros: Location was great for our plans. Staff was friendly and tried hard. After failing to provide promised accommodations they did not charge us for the 1 room and needed to make changes to second booking pricing to match promised price.
Cons: Breakfast was appreciated but not all that good. Even after making calls to confirm room locations needs, they were not available as promised and hand capped people were forced to use stairs.

Pros: They accommodated our need for more beds by giving us a bigger unit. Five nights a week they have a complimentary meal. The location is good for me but is not close to restaurants that you can walk to. It is close to South Center and other shopping.
Traveling as Couple
Pros: Size of unit and location
Pros: The accommodations for the money I spent was great. I didnt expect so much for the cost.
Cons: The door that lead to the outside would close properly. I reported it twice and when I left the property for good it still did not lock.
Pros: Jennifer is very helpful to find a different room for me in a safer location.
Cons: The bed is too soft
Pros: Comfortable bed

Pros: great breakfast - coffee is always the best.
Cons: no staff to help with bags - we are seniors.

Pros: Nice cosy atmosphere outside with small buildings.
Big rooms, quiet on inner garden side.
Social event every evening is great (complimentary beers and wine, salad or small sandwiches).
Useful kitchen with fridge and microwave oven in the room if needed.
Cons: Very old looking rooms (80's style), heating is done by A/C system which has a very noisy fan, I had to switch it off during the night.
Water has very low pressure and it takes 3-4 minutes to heat up water.
Rooms near train railroad are very noisy.
Breakfast is a bit low quality with limited choices and low quality food (pancakes / waffles only 2 days a week, limited choice of cheese, jelly like yoghurts, bread is not always fresh. Hot food is low quality (awful sausages, uncooked frozen potatoes, powder type omelet...).
Fitness has limited choices (2 treadmills, 1 elliptic, some weights and that's all)
Pros: The staff were brilliant. The facility is in a good location. Rooms were clean and cosy.
Cons: The evening meals should be available for at least 5 working days....they were a great convince
Pros: Room size, breakfast, staff
Pros: The lady checking me in was very friendly. Room wasn't ready when I had arrived early and she gave me very direction on where to go eat.
Pros: Loved the space and cleanliness of the room. Very nicely set up and great breakfast :)
Cons: The only issue I had was I requested for an early check in, and I never got the call saying my room was ready. So I was sitting in my car most of the time.
Pros: The suite was giant. Two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and own private bath. Comfortable living room and full kitchen.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
family with young children
Cons: had 2 adults, 1 senior, 2 kids, 2 dogs
Booked rm for 5, believing we would have two full or two queen size and fold out couch. Instead got 1 king size bed and a pull out couch for 5 ppl.
Hotel had nothing else available.
Pros: I like the cleanliness, the fact that it resembles an apartment, kitchen, comfortness.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. The shuttle ride to the light rail into the city. $2 each way instead of $60.
Cons: The shuttle pickup from the airport was long and a bit confused.
Pros: I had an enjoyable trip, The staff was very helpful and you could tell they took pride in their work, which is getting harder to find!!!! The rooms were comfortable and clean. I will stay there again next time I come to Seattle.
Pros: the customer service was excellent. The suite was wonderful. Lydia really went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied with our accommodations. Kudos
Cons: given the loveliness of the staff and the facility, housekeeping was subpar.
Pros: Helpful staff good location
Cons: Rooms out dated and furniture is not as it seems on the photos ..
