I love that a lot of the cooking is done in a wood-fire brick oven; it adds just the right amount of intense heat and smoke to so many dishes. While the barbecue prawns with rosemary and garlic, the fried chicken lollipops with chili glaze and the roasted pork belly are excellent, it's the vegetable dishes that will wow you. Seasonal offerings may include coal-roasted baby carrots with ham and goat cheese, marinated beets with honey yogurt and roasted cauliflower with golden raisins.
