Ohme Gardens

Ohme Gardens, 3327 Ohme Rd., consists of 9 acres of alpine-type gardens built on a rocky bluff overlooking the Wenatchee Valley and Columbia River. Evergreen trees and low-growing plants blend with rugged rock formations to create effects ranging from the lush growth of a rain forest to the variegated patterns of an alpine meadow. Stone pathways connect the garden levels, leading to such features as fern-bordered pools, rustic shelters, a wishing well and a lookout at the park's highest point.
