Arthurdale Heritage New Deal Museum is at jct. Q and A rds. Unveiled by Eleanor Roosevelt in the 1930s, the 165 buildings of the first New Deal homestead include houses, schools, a health clinic, a community center and a dairy farm. The guided tour includes the administration building museum, a 1935 homestead, a blacksmith's forge, a vintage service station and the historic Center Hall. A self-guiding driving tour brochure is available. Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.

Hours: Tues.-Sat. 11-3, Sun. noon-4, May-Oct.; Tues.-Fri. 11-3, rest of year. Closed Jan. 1 and Christmas.
