Pros: The room was clean, the television was great, and the beds at Hampton are very comfortable.
Cons: The air conditioner didn't cool the room sufficiently.

Pros: The hotel room was clean.
Cons: As we checked into the hotel we had the worst customer serviceexperience ever at a hotel. As we walked up we were greeted by Robin whostarted to check us in. There were also 4 other staff members (3 women,1 man) up at the front desk talking about being extremely loud/rude.One woman was a cleaning lady that looked like she was leaving, one ladywas the other woman working behind the counter, the other woman mighthave just been starting her shift as a cleaner, and the man appeared toeither be supervisor or lead worker of some type.They just kept talkinglouder and louder over one another, also to the woman that was checkingus in, and about work/non-work related items. As we stood therestanding in silence staring at each other, I was finally able to askRobin if she could please look up our hh reward card to add this stayspoints onto our account. She told us that since we booked"online" that she would not be able to put this stay on ouraccount. That is absurd that cannot be correct, we booked online for ourfriends wedding to stay at that hotel. After finally getting checked inwe went to our room and stopped by the Coke machine to get a drink andall the Coke's were sold out, just another thing to make the tripcomplete. As we were checking out (around 9:00 am the next morning) westopped by the free breakfast to fill up before making our trip home andthe room was a disaster. There was food all over the tables, chairs,counter, and the floor was covered. I understand that the area was busythat morning but there is no way that anything had been cleaned theentire time and was extremely dirty. We decided to eat quickly andleave. From this experience at this hotel we will never stay at thislocation again and honestly we will have to think about staying at anyother Hampton Inns again.

Pros: The bed was very very nice. We do not travel much but when we do I want Hampton Inns. Your beds are so warm and cozy. Love your places
