Pros: The staff were all mostly friendly, the grounds were well kept and the bonfires were nice. NOT worth the price, however-- see the negatives.
Cons: NO indoor pool, hot tub or sauna access ALL LABOR DAY WEEKEND or even a courtesy call or email to inform us these advertised amenities would be closed (however we have been informed of closures by other hotels and would have booked elsewhere had we been informed). TERRIBLE outdoor pool hours-- we did not even get to swim our ENTIRE trip because of these issues, however swimming was one of the few things we planned to do (the outdoor pool closed long before 7pm despite the hours listed and was listed as not open again until 3pm, or well past check out, confirmed by front desk staff). No wheelchair or stroller access to the game room, bowling alley or toddler play area-- ramps or wheelchairs are definitely needed. Finally, DIRTY bathtub (noticeable long hairs on shower wall-- gross), no room service and no minibar. Overall, not what one would expect from a resort, or even for a regular hotel room exceeding $200/ night.

Pros: The resort is on a beautiful campus with numerous recreational activities. It is conviently located near hiking, white water rafting, mountain biking and other outdoor activities. WiFi was the best we've seen at a hotel or resort.
Cons: The resort does not have guest laundry facilities, which would be helpful with all the outdoor activities which are available. We were surprised the bed wasn't made up every day and that used cups and mugs weren't replaced.

Pros: The location and grounds are gorgeous. We stayed during the summer, and it looked great.
Cons: We chose this location for its facilities, but both pools were closed, which no one told us about until we were standing in front of them. The staff was rude and unapologetic. The room reeked of urine and mildew. I found mold on my pastry at breakfast.
