We enjoyed staying here and...
Pros: The breakfast selection was good and the food tasty. They had bottled water, cookies and fruit to take with you to your room. Our room with a king size bed was very roomy and comfortable.
Cons: The view from the window was the parking lot. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I thought it would be but it wasn't horrid either.

Cons: We left our room at 11am on Friday morning and even told the cleaner that coffee was spilt on the sheets. I did not leave a sign out that said do not disturb. I came back at 9pm and my room was not touched. I called down to get towels for next morning and they were never brought up, we had to go to the front desk. I have never been in a hotel were they did not clean the room. That alone will keep me from recommending your hotel to any one. Too bad, as the bed was comfortable and the room nice. When I return to WV, I won't be booking a room with you.

Pros: The beds were comfy, the room is so big! And the closet is bigger than the one I have at home! The area was a bit sketchy at first, but we didn't have any issues. Not even at night. It's super safe inside the hotel! Front desk could have been a little friendlier, but wasn't rude. Flat screens in the room was nice.
Cons: I'd say the area being a little sketchy, but other than that, it was nice. Sure, it was a little rundown and obviously I've stayed at better, but you can't beat the price!

Gem of a hotel!
Pros: This hotel is a gem of a place to stay. Staff very welcoming. Free breakfast is also very good . Food is laid out nicely and lots of it too. Hotel is spotlessly clean and easy access from I81.

Pros: The evening desk clerk was exceptionally pleasant! She quickly answered my questions and gave me a menu to browse for the restaurant she suggested. I overheard her speaking to a customer on the phone and she was very polite and considerate.
