Pros: Good standard HIE. Updated, not old and scruffy like some Morgantown hotels. Next to some restaurants and shops, pharmacies and banks. I only stayed overnight but noticed them.
Cons: Only problem was I thought I was booking the other (larger? Newer?) HIE and was surprised when I pulled up. My mistake, not theirs. There's nothing wrong with this hotel.

Pros: The lady that tended the breakfast area was very nice and kept all stocked and clean. Kept a smile the whole time, greeted customers and thanked them when they were done.
Cons: The bed did not have clean bottom sheet. It had blood on it. Used the other bed linens.

Cons: The hotel is beginning to show its age. It's ready for a facelift. They may wanna start with soundproofing. I haven't been in a hotel this loud in awhile. Of course it's not their fault that the other guests were loud and rude. (People, it's called manners! You don't allow small children to run yelling down the hall at 6a.m. on a Sunday!!). But had the hotel had sufficient soundproofing it would not have been such an issue.

Pros: Staff was friendly, over all the facility was clean and pretty well maintained. The location was great for our purpose. The staff did offer us another room, which we did accept.
Cons: A/C leaked water on the floor, the breaker tripped in the bathroom area and my wife had to get ready without the sink and mirror. The toilet wasn't working properly and we chose to use the stairs most of the time as the elevator sounded like it was about to break down at any moment, as well as the doors liked to open and close several times before actually moving. We do understand that things happen, and the staff was pretty quick to get us another room.
