White Sulphur Springs National Fish Hatchery is on US 60. Rainbow trout are distributed annually from the facility to streams in the Monongahela National Forest. A visitor center houses aquariums and displays describing some of the hatchery's activities. A self-guiding tour of the hatchery is available year-round. Guided tours are available; reservations are required.
Note: Hatchery tours are temporarily suspended for renovations; the grounds remain open.
