Pros: very nice people, pleasant surroundings, thanks.
Cons: The blankets were tooooo short for the bed. We were grandparents with two young children, seemed to be a constant question for both ages to figure out the blankets
Pros: I enjoyed the hard boiled eggs at breakfast and every day they offered sausage, too. The staff were friendly and helpful. They let me use a laundry cart to unload my car, and when I left, one of the staff helped me load up. The wi-fi worked well, and I was very comfortable in the inviting room. I slept soundly, too.
Cons: I had no complaints.
Pros: Was quiet after 10 PM. Appreciated.
Cons: All went well
Pros: friendly staff great variety at breakfast.
Cons: Unfortunately there was a refrigerated semi parked outside bedroom window didn"t get much sleep
Entrance was difficult to see from the highway.
Pros: I very much liked the staff - when I couldn't find the Super8, despite MapQuest directions, I made several calls for more information, as I'd never been to this city before. "Rick" took 4 calls from me, patiently, and kept saying to call when I next had a question. I finally found it! Yay, Rick. I liked the simple accommodations; all I wanted was a place to sleep while I went to class, and this filled the bill perfectly. Great breakfast - really liked the sausage and having hard-boiled eggs available.
Cons: For someone requesting an accessible room, it's very disappointing to find that the ice machine and vending are are on the 2nd floor - with no elevator. The staff were perfectly willing to get ice for me, but that interrupted their duties, and I was hesitant to ask for this "extra" service. Also, why is there no cart for people to bring their luggage to their room? I basically had one arm to carry things. Yuck-o!
family with young children
Pros: Good bed and very clean
Cons: Needed a double room and got a single. Staff was too over worked
Pros: changed my room from 2nd floor to the first floor. I had requested first but the paper work that they received didn't say anything to that request.
Pros: Those breakfast sausages were the bomb! The staff was wonderful! We stayed 2 weeks and they were GREAT!!
Verified Hotel Guest
Pros: Room was nice, even though it was showing it's age.
Cons: Parking lot space was taken up by construction trucks with trailers parked accross multiple parking spaces. Drunk construction workers hung out making noise in parking lot most of the evenings.
Pros: The staff was very nice it's very close to Wayland Academy
Cons: The breakfast ....the noisy refrigerater in the room
Pros: Updated carpet in room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet (not next to a freeway). Close to food.
Traveling as Couple
Pros: Very good breakfast and friendly staff. This is my 2nd trip here and both times were really good.
Pros: It is close by to where I work and has a reasonable rate.
Cons: Check In and Check out sometime takes to long. The breakfast buffet is also very limited.
