Pros: Gorgeous hotel. Loved the rain shower and whirlpool tub in our room. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Pros: I travel a lot for business and the Delafield is right there with the Ritz. Fabulous King size bed...mattress was soft, but not too soft...Wonderful shower that was huge and had 3 sets of nozzles...hot and great water pressure. All with excellent, classy furniture in a spacious room!
Cons: construction on the restaurant. Unavoidable
Pros: Liked the room. Very comfortable.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Restaurant and bar closed for remodeling. Decor moving from early American to contemporary. We liked the early American that is why we visited this second time. We will not be back.
Could not control our room temperature. The front desk had to change room temperature for us.

Pros: I loved our room. Very cozy.
Pros: Went to check in after staying at this hotel 10+ times to find it under complete renovation w no lobby, restaurant or bar--all of which I use routinely
They better not charge me for not checking after 6--totally poor customer service and disingenuous on their part
They reacted to a normal situation like a third world property

Pros: Housekeeping paid attention to our room needs. Restaurant food was excellent.
Cons: No front door ramp for easy access to roll our luggages. Side door entrance without stairs was closed due to construction. I wonder how the hotel handles a wheelchair customer. No bell boy. Girl at desk didn't offer to help. She saw me wheeling in 3 luggages; one at a time. I had to ask her if the hotel has a cart. She then pulled one out. Mini bar was not replenished; no shower caps; no Q-tips swabs.
Cons: Also our room had hot water coming out of the toilet , bizarre .
