Pros: We stayed at several Hilton branded hotels on this trip, this one was overall our least favorite.

Pros: Everything about the room was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the showers were nice, and the staff were very polite. The continental breakfast that was offered was better than you'd find at most hotels, and was very delicious.
Cons: There was construction going on during our stay, we were out late due to an event and woken up early due to loud construction noises. I know there's nothing that could've been done about it, and the staff was very accommodating and understanding.

Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The front desk staff was very unprofessional on check-in and openly angry that I had used Booking.com. When I called the desk later for suggestions on local delivery, I was told (with attitude) that if I wanted to know, I could walk down to the desk and get a list. I usually love Hampton Inns, but this one lacks the usual upkeep- doors and walls are worn and chipped, no mini-fridge or microwave in King room.

Pros: Excellent coffee available 24/7. Queen beds were the most comfortable of any hotel we have been in the past year, comforters were of a better quality for the same. Loved all the mirrors in the bath plus the one on the outside of the bathroom door so there was an un-fogged one to use right away after a shower. The multi spray shower head actually worked as it should (first one in a long time). The desk clerk at check-in was extremely helpful in accommodating our request for a 1st floor room near an exit (we still smoke). Actually it was her suggestion after we saw a middle of the hall 3rd floor room was assigned. Lastly, an actual wall thermostat controlled climate unit that worked as it was designed to.
Cons: Breakfast was pretty average. It seemed the breakfast seating was a bit less than adequate. We had to wait a bit on both mornings of our stay to be able to sit down and comfortably enjoy the breakfast. Also saw a few guests look around for seating then apparently return to their rooms to eat there. On a much more personal note I got a kick out of the sign touting breakfast "On the House" implying it was free when we all know that is not the case. No big deal. Again, just a thing I noticed.
