Pros: Close to places, very clean, just an all around beautiful hotel.
Cons: Breakfast maybe could be a little longer time wise.

Pros: The staff was excellent and The location to Lambeau Firld was perfect.
Cons: That on game day no one was allowed to check in before 2:30. Which is was ridiculous. It meant that those flying in were stuck in the lobby with luggage and those just wanting to relax in rhir room before game time had to either find something to do until then or also wait in the crowded lobby. Once 2:30 hit it was a mad rush to get everyone checked in. If the rooms were ready before then they should have allowed the early check in. It made the high cost of the room because of its convenient location OVER PRICED! I felt bad for the staff because they had to try and placate the growing frustrated customers.

Pros: Staff bent over backwards to be helpful. Super nice and not at all phony. Really liked the black-out shade in the room window. Coffee was amazingly good, unlike most hotel coffee. Room was very clean, nice amenities in the bath.
Cons: Breakfast was not very good - eggs cooked in a bag without any attempt to keep them from becoming one huge solid mass, then further over-cooked in a chafing dish. The orange juice tasted distinctly spoiled and the cranberry juice was so diluted I could not taste it at all.

Pros: The breakfast selection was great! The seating there was very nice and there was plenty to accommodate the breakfast crowd. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location, near enough to Lambeau field to walk, was also ideal and they did a great job of making sure all hotel guests had parking on game day.
Cons: The WiFi did not work in the room and that was an issue. Additionally, we tried to plug the laptop in with the cable provided and that also did not work. Last, we attempted to get just a couple extra bath towels and washcloths because we bypassed the housekeeping in an effort to "go green" and there was no housekeeping available at night but the front desk left a message and an email to deliver towels by 8:30am- they never came.
