Pros: Easy access location to walk to the city civic center in town. A reasonably priced breakfast for a hotel located in downtown area.
Cons: Some additional signage to help aid customers access the attached parking facility from the lobby area. Confusing why customer would need to take elevator from 5th floor to lobby floor and then walk thru a door to access a long flight of stairs back up
