Pros: Luxurious. Great restaurant and bar. Attentive staff.
Cons: Very loud party taking place into the wee hours, but the hosts invited us to join the party earlier in the evening so I guess I cannot complain.

Pros: Beautiful facility, great views from the pool and Pfister Club.
Cons: The front desk clerk forgot my reservation included the Pfister Club but was quick to switch keys once I pointed it out. When I went to use the club, my key was not authorized to enter it. After a long wait for the elevators and a trip back to the desk it was quickly resolved but inconvenient.

Pros: This place is very historical and they have done an amazing job of keeping the old feel and look while really bringing the amenities and technology into the 21st century. Also, the club access, as well a the pool on the 23rd floor was wonderful. Highly recommend splurging for the club level rooms.
Cons: Because the building is old it does not have any sound insulation. We heard pretty much everything going on out in the hall, and since we are in America, of course none of those people yelling have the courtesy to lower their voices. It definitely didn't ruin our night away but just something to consider.

Pros: The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was amazing. They even had robes.
Cons: You do in fact have to be 21 to checking and not 18 as I was informed, but he still let me check in even though I'm only 20.
