We were visiting our daughter...
Pros: The breakfast at the café was excellent, including wonderful service as well as coffee! Previously my husband stayed in the older part, which he seemed to like better. We both enjoyed our beautiful room.
Cons: I just wish it wasn't quite as pricey as it is, otherwise it is a very nice hotel

Fabulous
Pros: Had opportunity to experience a by gone era. Tour food was good. Staff was well trained and pleasant.
Cons: Would have liked a complimentary small paperback version of the coffee table book about the Pfister history to take home.

Beautiful piece of history.
Pros: This place is very historical and they have done an amazing job of keeping the old feel and look while really bringing the amenities and technology into the 21st century. Also, the club access, as well a the pool on the 23rd floor was wonderful. Highly recommend splurging for the club level rooms.
Cons: Because the building is old it does not have any sound insulation. We heard pretty much everything going on out in the hall, and since we are in America, of course none of those people yelling have the courtesy to lower their voices. It definitely didn't ruin our night away but just something to consider.

Pros: Staff are always very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The elevators always get busy and are quite slow as they have a public bar on the top floor.
