Pros: The bathroom with an excellent roll in shower and plenty of room for wheel chair in the room in general.
Cons: Better understanding of parking facility when arriving in a wheelchair. This would have eliminated confusion and an initial over charge for parking.

Pros: The breakfast at the café was excellent, including wonderful service as well as coffee! Previously my husband stayed in the older part, which he seemed to like better. We both enjoyed our beautiful room.
Cons: I just wish it wasn't quite as pricey as it is, otherwise it is a very nice hotel

Pros: Great bar in elegant surroundings and subtle piano music in background. Breakfast buffet at the top of the tower was another bonus.
Cons: Timing of room cleaning could have been a bit better / more accommodating.

Pros: We were asked if we'd like a free upgrade to a king suite to help them out. Of course!
