This modern restaurant prides itself on preparing outstanding ribs that are smoked for hours in a hickory-wood-burning pit with no liquid smoke, rubs or tenderizers. The ribs, chicken and chops are brushed with the restaurant's signature barbecue sauce, but do not fall off the bone, as they like to say. Prime-grade steaks and seafood also are featured along with fine sandwiches and salads. The dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide great street views.
