Pros: The rooms are large. Having a microwave and refrigerator was really helpful.
Cons: I daily cleaning was not good. Bathroom counter was never wiped down. Makes you wonder about how clean the rest of the property is.
Traveling as Couple
Pros: I usually stay at The Radisson right at the outlets in Pleasant Prairie. BUT LOVE this location even better. Besides easy access to the outlets, it is 5 minutes away from Marshall's, Ross and Burlington center, and 15 minutes from Kenosha/the Lake.
Cons: The workout center is small. Breakfast was just OK. Selections good, quality befitting quick and easy.
Cons: Ruined swimsuits due to too much bleach in hot tub. TV did not work. Discount did not cover replacement costs for clothing that was ruined.
Pros: The breakfast buffet was awesome!! Also the room was pretty nice too.
Cons: The second floor hallway was way to hot and humid everytime to walk to room, the price for the overall room is kinda high for one night for being a holiday inn. Also because we came early ten minute to check out time which was noon, the staff member was at first kinda rude with letting us check in early, by being like well last night we were very busy so we might not have any rooms ready. ( I'm thinking ok for one, how is that my issue?? And two it's not my issue yours hotel, you should be planning out week from week of how many rooms booked a day and plan maybe get some extra rooms clean just in case people might arrive a little early)
Pros: The room was very nice and the bed was wonderful.
family with young children
Pros: location to Ren-fair
Cons: When I booked room for 2- Q and sleeper couch, no couch, I went immediatly to the front desk with my papers for what I booked for and the end result--- I had to sleep on floor. Showed front desk my booking paper, she said to talk to booking.com, I told her I have restless leg syndrome do I need to sleep on floor, cant make young kids sleep on floor and friend just had knee surgery and response was to contact booking agent so I had to sleep on the hard floor (which I didn't sleep). Went to the bathroom in middle of night and light burned out in bathroom and everyone sleeping so couldn't have someone come up to change light in the morning at 1 am. For Breakfast-Pancake- maker broken and the french toast was real cold, bacon undesirable for which I didn't think could be possible!. The hot tub jets sending out cool water for even the other guest were complaining that had used it for the previous two and three nights-the staff put in a order to maintenance and it was fixed for the next day but we were checking out. overall was horrible. I wish I could have gave a good review. I am sorry.I have traveled all over the states and this is the first time I have had to give a review like this. Surprising to myself as well because when you walk in the hotel is beautiful and so are the room just to bad so many things were broken and I had to sleep on the floor/that the hotel couldn't find a solution except to say to me I hope your next stay with us could be better@!
Pros: Staff was friendly. They let us check in early even though they were booked the night before. Room was clean.
Cons: The bed was very firm. Not used to sleeping on a mattress that firm.
family with older children
Cons: Not very accommodating
