Pros: Breakfast with 2 types of eggs and meat. Waffles, yogurt, cereal etc. Lobby, breakfast area hallways and rooms very clean. Staff knowledgeable and took any personal conversations off stage which is refreshing. Can still get coffee at 10pm. Pool was warm and hot tub was great.
Cons: Center window over the heater/ac only has shears- shears move when unit is on- not private when on first floor. No options to close curtains on the sides of window and no way to add covering.
Pros: The breakfast variety/selection was very nice. You definitely have enough to eat and shouldn't go away hungry. The beds were comfortable. It's nice to have the mini refrigerator and microwave in room. The staff were very helpful and made sure we had a nice stay. I wish I would of looked closer at what time the pool opened up in the morning... We were too tired after 10:30 pm to go in to the pool area but liked that it stays open til midnight. All in all we'd definitely stay here again.
Cons: We wanted to use the hot tub and pool, but there were way too many people/kids in there at 8:00 pm. There had been a birthday party going on in the breakfast area and the whole evening there were children running to and from the pool area. It's a nice thing to be able to have a place for people to gather for a birthday party or get-together, but it would have been nice to be able to access the pool also. I think the parents should have kept a little bit more of an eye on their children. They were jumping in and out of the pool in t-shirts and shorts not in swimming attire. I'm not one to usually complain, but there should have been a little bit more adult supervision in the pool area.
Pros: Loved hot breakfast and updated modern hotel
Cons: Priced over $100

Pros: Breakfast was decent. Pool temperature was perfect! Bathroom was spacious.
Cons: I wish the description for the room would have mentioned that there was a refrigerator & microwave in the room.
Pros: Eggs were powdered and not very good.
Cons: The room had an extreme musty smell. Even opening the windows had very little effect on the smell.
Pros: bed comfortabe enough
Cons: Hotel in the middle of nowhere

Pros: Pool open until midnight!
Cons: Little pricey but OKAY
Pros: The staff was extremely nice n helpful..excellent hostess during wonderful free breakfast..room were clean n comfortable..could use an update. When entering it was hard to see driveway..it would be nice if that area could be lit better..
Cons: As I mentioned before more lights to entrance in evening
Pros: Staff was friendly and a good team.
family with older children
Pros: Bed was comply & breakfast was good.
Cons: I'm building a home on Pelican Lake, & have to come up periodically to check on the progress. This is the 2nd time I've stayed with you & will probably be back several more times until it's complete. I only stay for about 12 hours, so it's a little pricey for such a short stay.
Pros: The staff goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and address any concerns you may have. I always stay here when I go to Rhinelander. Was there a week.
Cons: Wish they'd change the breakfast menu.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room. The whole building was clean and orderly.
Cons: The bed was not comfortable. It was kind of a hard mattress. The breakfast was very disappointing. Not much to choose from. Small Danish, small yogurt, coffee was very mediocre. At check-in the clerk stated that we had 2 rooms booked and I stated we only needed one. She stated I would need to contact Booking.com and cancel one room. She should have been able to do that. As it turns out I was only billed for one. The whole entry area smelled like the pool. I think the room cost with local tax was very high compared to other hotels in the area.
