Pros: The bed was very comfortable. We had 3 tvs in our room. The pillows were comfortable.
Cons: The wi-fi was not great. The floor needs new carpet it was very spotty. It sounded like a herd of elephants running above us. (not very sound proof).

Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was not fresh. Fruit was spoiled. Elevator had fingerprints on the walls. Some furniture in lobby looked worn. An alarm went off at 4:30 am and nobody explained what it was about.
