The Old Firehouse and Police Museum is at 402 23rd Ave. Housed in an 1898 firehouse known as Station No. 4, the museum contains exhibits pertaining to firefighting and the police. Photographs and artifacts provide details about the daily life of firefighters and police officers, local fire department history and changes in technology. A 1906 horse-drawn steam pumper, a 1944 Mack fire engine and a 1919 ladder truck are on display.
