St. Louis-style slow-cooked smokehouse barbecue ribs are the specialty at this well-established, locally owned and -operated restaurant. Burgers are made from 100 percent grass-fed beef. Sandwiches, salads and wraps are part of the rather standard menu. Service is friendly and unpretentious. Portion sizes are ample.
