We've stayed here before and the price was right this time of year. It's an excellent hotel and the staff are great.
Pros: close to family & local shopping
Pros: My overall experience was good. The hotel exceeded my expectations.
Pros: Nice beds and towels
Cons: Parking and road to hotel
Pros: The room was gorgeous! Newly remodeled & expertly cleaned to perfection! The staff was very friendly and inviting. The woman who checked me in gave me excellent directions to my niece's school, so I could easily get there in time for their concerts!
Pros: I loved the King Suite. Spacious and comfortable. I liked that the window opened, which I did. I loved the hot tub and that there was a restaurant available.
It was nice.
Pros: I liked the outer design. It looked like a castle. The gazebo was nice. It was great to be lodged on the site of the wedding festivities I was there for.
Cons: The staff at the hotel weren't very nice. The staff at the wedding reception held on their grounds were better. At one point one of the staff told us to leave the lobby area in a rude manner because she needed to clean.
A Hidden Gem
Pros: The inn had just been renovated, and was located on a golf course. It was a peaceful location with no traffic noise. My room was spacious and fresh smelling. There was also a good restaurant next door -the Waupaca Ale House
Cons: Not one thing
Awesome staff, very comfy beds....
Pros: There was a mix up with my online reservation and the room I thought I was getting vs the room I actually got. However the staff was more then accommodating and moved me to the room I thought I was booking all along.
Cons: There is only 1 elevator and it is near the lobby. So If you have a room on the far end of the building it is not really convenient.
GOOD STAY FOR FAMILY WEDDING
Pros: VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY
Cons: THE A/C WAS VERY LOUD. I WOKE UP EVERY TIME IT TURNED ON
Cons: Wish breakfast food was available later in the morning. We had to go elsewhere to eat.
Attending Grandmothers funeral
Pros: Everything was great.
Pros: Spacious room. Nice bathroom. Kids like basketball hoop in pool. Good breakfast.
Cons: The heater in room made squealing noise off and on all night.
I might be back...
Pros: Able to check in early, the pool & the whirlpool.Plus Breakfast..& ample parking.
Cons: The person who stayed above room 114 ... kept walking like Sasquatch stopping his feet .Didn't like it one bit... the walls are paper thin & so is the ceiling..
Pros: The rooms are great, nice breakfast, quite location.
Cons: Booked 2 nights stay but was double charged for 4 nights.
Best hotel in the area
Pros: A nice facility with larger than average rooms.
Cons: Quite a few workers stayed there and they got up very early in the morning to start their trucks and leave for work. Not a big problem but it could bother some people.
