Grand Encampment Museum is 2 blks. e. of the post office, then 1 blk. s. to 807 Barnett Ave. The museum houses memorabilia recalling the area's copper mining days. The museum complex also encompasses a pioneer village whose 18 buildings include a two-story outhouse and a forest service lookout tower. A park next to the museum has picnic facilities and a playground.
