Hotel is very nice, but a little pricy for off season. The staff was courteous, but not especially engaging. We did not eat at the hotel, but did have drinks at the bar and the bartender was very good.
Pros: Location was fine. Jackson Hole which is where we wanted to stay.
Cons: For what they offered I think the price was a little high. And they did not tell me about the "resort fee" until after I made and paid for the reservation. Then they tacked it on. That was a bit of a blind sided action.

Pros: They allow dogs, and the location, especially if you are skiing Snow King, is great. If you are not skiing, it is a bit of a walk to town. The facilities were nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The heat/ac unit was so loud it kept me awake all night. In addition, there was a loud party in the parking lot below my window around midnight that went on for at least an hour.

Pros: The location was great and the lobby and bar were very nice
Cons: The shower scalded you with hot water every 30 seconds or so. Was given one bed and had requested 2 queens or doubles. Bathroom was small and there was no fridge or vending machine.
Traveling as Couple
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: The nickel and diming the hotel charge on my account. Resort fee, parking fee, taxes on the resort and parking fee. I was traveling for two weeks through the area and this was the only place I stayed at that had these fees.

Pros: Our condo was fabulous. One bedroom with 2 bathrooms, fireplace in living room, washer/dryer and our personal parking space. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Cons: Concierge was nowhere to be found for 3 days. Even left phone number for her to call or text, but nothing. Restaurant staff was slow for breakfast and dinner. tried to charge us for an appetizer and extra drink that we didn't order. LOVED hotel though.
