This chic and hip restaurant offers a beautiful décor, an intimate ambience and a cozy upscale bar next to an open kitchen. Featuring seasonal Wyoming-inspired fare combined with local ingredients, the harissa-rubbed lamb ribs make a great starter. Watch out for the pop pita bread and duck confit fries—they are addictive. My favorite was the chicken with wild mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. Also popular are the veal osso buco and Idaho rainbow trout. No meal is complete without the chocolate mousse with raspberry, rose and cocoa nibs. This is a perfect spot to drop by anytime for one of their perfectly crafted specialty drinks and an appetizer.
