Feast on aged beef from Texas, venison, buffalo and elk cooked to perfection on an open-fire pit grill. A former wildlife museum and taxidermy studio, many mounts of bison, wild boars, rattlesnakes and birds can be seen, as well as dioramas with bighorn sheep. Rough-hewn wood floors and hand-peeled lodge pole pine beams and tables set the décor along with a large river rock wood-burning fireplace. Additional appointments include an authentic buffalo coat worn by Hank Williams Jr. on his last album cover and an authentic Remington 1872 Rolling Block gun used in the movie Ft. Apache.
