AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Pool): It's winter. It's Wyoming. Yet, I go for a swim outdoors in the heated pool. I receive a heated towel and robe, along with hot chocolate. Awesome!
A ski concierge is along for every step at this ski-in/ski-out resort, where fine Western decor epitomizes rustic elegance. The luxurious guest rooms feature a gas fireplace. Wood and leather accents, woolen Navajo carpeting and original Western art surround inside while the Grand Teton mountains surround you outside. Copper downspouts and trim contrast against the stone and wood exterior. You can count on the quality and congeniality for which the Four Seasons is renowned. Get organic products and treatments in the spa or work out in the state-of-the-art fitness facility. Radiant heat emanates from the walkways, drive and pool deck.
Smoke free premises. 158 units, some two bedrooms, three bedrooms and condominiums. 10 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Pros: The receptionist in the front desk was awesome, talking to him really realise my tired. I ask a lot about the yellow stone park and grand teton, short-cut route, even the restaurants in town, he gave me lots of good information.
I like their twin sinks in the bathroom and seperated toilet room. Everything was perfect.
Cons: Saw my own name showed in the TV as a welcome, kind of awkward.....
Pros: We love the hotel. In the top three of hotels we have ever stayed in. Excellent, we can't say enough good things about your hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, this hotel is a class act. The restraunt was wonderful too. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience.
Cons: Pricey and the Hotel sign was a little hard to find.

Hotel beats this four seasons in room, bar, and food offerings
Pros: From the moment I stepped off the plane and was greeted by my driver I could tell that Jackson was a town that I immediately felt like I was home! Not only the townspeople but the staff at the Four Seasons and virtually everyone I came into contact with at Jackson Hole Ski resort was amazing. Their genuine friendlieness and happy chill nature was a welcome feeling after a very very rough layover in Salt Lake. The hotels discretion and kindness towards me was very much appreciated and I especially loved the cookie for breakfast! They even went out of their way to create me a special bean burrito and bought me two different coffees as I couldn't make up my mind
Cons: I should've stayed longer
Pros: Beautiful setting. Amazing room with sitting area and fireplace. Loved it!!! Well worth the splurge.
Pros: Westbank Grill food and service excellent.
Cons: Time for a refresh. Occupancy fee.
family with older children
Pros: We liked the professionality and friendliness of the staff.
Cons: We did not like that we had to change the room.
The horse riding event at the Spring Creek Ranch which has been organized by the Concierge was rather boring and not really spectacular and too expensive as well. We could easily have done without it!
In Teton Village in summer there are not a lot of shops and there are a lot more activities in Jackson which is the better place to stay if you are looking for more actions.
