Pros: I had paid for one nights stay in a king room. My receipt said King. When we arrived, they said it was a two queen room & if we were good with sleeping together they would upgrade us to a queen suite. Well, the "Queen" suite turned out to be a one tiny room, Murphy bed unit. The bed was hard and there was no room to walk around.
Cons: Everything.
