Pros: Kim, our server in the morning was outstanding. Unfortunately the rest of the staff wasn't friendly at all. Location close to national park was great.
Cons: Service was aweful. People seemed in bad mood, lack of motivation and couldn't even greet. Hotel is also outdated with many broken things.

Pros: Only stayed 1 night on our way back from Yellowstone prior to flying out the next morning. The staff was extremely friendly and the quality of the accommodations was very good.
Cons: The balcony was a little odd, and the antique elevator system was a little frustrating at times, but no major complaints.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Scenic location. Private deck with table and chairs. Robes. Heated, connecting indoor/outdoor pools. Great lobby with good coffee.
Cons: Bed was made, but room and bathroom weren't cleaned much after first night of our two-night stay. Overpriced drinks at restaurant: $15 for glass of wine and $7 beer.
