AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Pool): The winding rock caves and waterfalls surrounding the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are so much fun, I want to start packing today.
Set alongside the slopes for easy ski-in access, this resort offers endless recreational activities. A variety of guest rooms and condominiums is available; a few rooms have restricted floor space. All have humidifiers and some feature a fireplace, jetted tub and/or balcony. If you are traveling with family or friends, be sure to inquire about a room with a sofa bed. Smoke free premises. 149 units, some two bedrooms, three bedrooms and condominiums. 5 stories, interior corridors.

Pros: Fairly convenient location, though you still have to hike up stairs from ski valet to get to the ski area.
Cons: If this is a four diamond property, I would hate to see what 3 diamonds is like. My room was only accessible by a rickety two person vintage elevator located in the bar area. The view from room completely blocked by the porte cochere. Heater was broken

Pros: Great space with great view of the mountains.
Cons: I would have liked to be closer to town because it is summer but the drive into town is not far at all.

Pros: Staff was professional and helpful.
Cons: Rooms were small, no microwave, toilet flushing was so loud that it woke everyone in the room, refrigerator and air conditioners had very loud hums. Hotel felt very presumptuous and was very overpriced for what it was. Add $35/night for lodge fees.

Pros: Clean and fairly new, enjoyed the stay even though just one night. If you have children, they have a great pool area.
