Pros: Nothing! Very disappointed with your service! Tried to cancel reservations due to car problems and did not arrive at all in Merida. Tried online and your service was not user friendly! Tried and spoke with a receptionist and she told me she could not assist me, "reservation was done thru Booking.com!
Cons: Very user unfriendly service!
Pros: Nice comfortable hotel on grand street with museum. Hotel does a good value good quality, if limited range, dinner. Overall good value for a long stay base.
Cons: Breakfast was very good but quite expensive.
Pros: The pool was good although quite shallow.
Cons: Lots of little things. Staff didn't understand English very well and travel office sent me on a tour but failed to tell me that I should have taken swimming shorts. Breakfast was only served after 7am which was useless to me. However, the one day I did make it down, the buffet breakfast wasn't kept hot enough. Also annoyed that reception stopped my room keycard from working as I had an outstanding bill on my account, which I had presumed I could settle at checkout.
Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel in general
Cons: Would have liked a better rate; had that been the case I would have stayed a few more days.

Pros: Location is great, right on Paseo Montejo. Staff was reasonably nice.
Cons: The room had a bad, musty smell and even leaving the window open the whole time, smell stayed. Hallways were dark and uninviting.
