Pros: I loved everything but I am short and the sink was too high and the tub was too deep. Otherwise it was beautiful in every way
Cons: I got stuck in the tub!

Pros: One of the most beautiful conversions of two old french owned mansions
A really classy place with great style
Pros: The location is wonderful, the hotel is darling the staff is terrific! And the roof top deck is a great place to sit in the evening and listen to music and have a drink! Wonderful!
Pros: Rooms comfortable, staff excellent in their drive to assist with any request, an all over lovely stay. Food was excellent. I would return.....
Pros: Very romantic dwelling with elegance in detail. One of the best we stayed after traveling to over 41 countries. It made me feel at the cradle of a love story.
Pros: Beautiful design hotel close to the city center. Very helpful staff and owner. We had a flat tyre and they took care of everything. Thank you again!
We used the free bicycles to get around town, very comfortable.
Pros: The cuisine at the restaurant if great. One of the best restaurants we have been in Mexico.
The bar on the rooftop is cozy and barmen are very friendly and make great cocktails.
Pros: amazing location, staff & renovation of a gorgeous period home
a peaceful oasis in the middle of the finest part of town
Cons: kitchen execution is not up to par
Pros: Location, style, restaurant, staff, super shower, well appointed room.
Cons: The breakfast included was a bit minimalist. But, if you opt to pay for a full breakfast in the restaurant, the choices are wonderful ( like chilliquiles ).
family with young children
Cons: Noisy! I choose a boutique hotel looking for quietness. Instead, there was a party with LIVE MUSIC!. My room was on top of the reception. We could hear the "good morning" from 7am!! The window did not close properly either.
My daughter's room (3 small kids) had a BIIIP (alarm) ALL night long. Nobody answered to deactivate it. WE move next morning. In they CHARGE the next night anyway. "BOOKING POLICY" They said.
All in all. I will not return. And I will think 3 times before I reserve with Booking in the future. Honestly, if that is your policy. I think I will not book hotels with you
