Historic. This restored henequen hacienda, built in 1683, is decorated with rustic furnishings and fixtures that harken to a bygone era. The kitchen specializes in preparing a wide assortment of Mayan-inspired cuisine. The well-prepared entrées include spicy turkey escabeche, crunchy panuchos and cochinita pibil, a slow-roasted pork dish. If you are lucky you may spot one of the several peacocks and deer that roam the grounds.
