Pros: The tube in the patio of my deluxe suite.
Cons: Located in the middle of poor Mexican village. There is striking contrast between life on hacienda and around. It does not allow you to relax fully. The menu at the only restaurant is limited and not interesting. Prices are huge. All the time menu for lunch and dinner, if staying more than one night getting bored. Service at the restaurant and in general is non-attentive to details, everyone smiles but you feel that the real attitude to you is different. Had to wait before being placed to a right room which I booked in advance. Had to wait for 15 minutes before waiter will pour wine in my glass etc. It's obviously an orphan in Starwood family, management of a chain need to think about it.
